Shipping & Returns

Do you ship globally?

Yes we ship worldwide, using Canada Post and UPS within North America and international couriers such as DHL, UPS & Fed Ex worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and USA. A fee of CAD$25 is applied to international orders up to CAD$100 and a CAD$40 charge to all order over CAD$100.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We're just as excited to get your product to you as you are to receive it and so almost all orders are prepared by our team the very next working day. As soon as your order comes through, we get straight to work. First, we process your order then we personally prepare your timepiece and make sure that everything ticks just right. If you decided to add an extra personal touch and add a custom engraved caseback, we take care of that the same day. From there, we package your order up and send it on its way!  The bottom line: we want to get you the best product and make sure everything is just how you want it. You can expect your order to be delivered within Canada usually within 3-5 business days. For international orders, there can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

Will I get a tracking number?

Of course! An email will be sent one your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please fill out the form on this page.

Will I have to pay any additional duties and/or taxes?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please note that Medium does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges vary per country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied when you place your order, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately so we can personally assist you and make things right as quickly as possible. 

I want to return something.

If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we want to make it right for you! Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can easily process a return, replacement or exchange by filling out the form on this page. As soon as we receive your request, our team will be on hand to arrange a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
